Delivery

Orders placed on Modress.com are processed and sent within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, upon receipt of payment. All orders placed on weekends or a holiday will be processed on the working day that follows.

Our different delivery methods :

Chronopost : The package will then be delivered to the customer within 48 hours to 72 hours, depending on their situation with respect to the distribution platforms. Shipping costs amount to € 3.90, they will be offered if the order is more than € 39 (only in mainland France)

- Chronopost Express : The package will then be delivered to the customer within 24 hours to 48 hours, depending on their situation with regard to the distribution platforms. Shipping costs amount to € 4.90, they will be offered if the order is more than € 49 (only in mainland France)

- Mondial Relay : The package will then be delivered to the customer within 48 hours to 72 hours, depending on their situation with respect to the distribution platforms. Shipping costs amount to € 4.90, they will be offered if the order is more than € 49 (Only in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg).

- GLS :
The package will then be delivered to the customer within 48 hours to 72 hours, depending on their situation with respect to the distribution platforms. The shipping costs amount to € 5.90, they will be offered if the order is more than € 59 (only in mainland France).

- Colissimo :
The package will then be delivered to the customer within 48 hours to 72 hours, depending on their situation with respect to the distribution platforms. The shipping costs amount to € 9.90, they will be offered if the order is greater than 99 € (only in mainland France).

- Raising on site :
You come and look for your package directly in our warehouses located at 17 rue Calmette and Guerin in Sartrouville (78500). He will then be exempt from any shipping costs.




Note that if you choose the removal on site, your package will be available within the following hour, from Monday to Friday. You can remove it between 9:30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.

In the afternoon following the shipment of your order, you will receive your monitoring number by email. You can follow your package on www.colissimo.fr or on the mobile application of Colissimo.

If you are absent during delivery, Colissimo will leave a notice by stipulating the date on which he will go back or that your package has been deposited at the nearest post office. You then have 15 days to pick it up, once this period has passed, your package will be returned to Modress.

All our packages are carefully prepared by our teams. The condition of the packaging is checked before shipping. The customer must nevertheless check the condition of the parcels delivered and can refuse it if he is damaged.
