Right of retraction

You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to make a return.

Do you want to return an article? It's simple! You have 2 different options:

- Chronopost 4 €

To make a return, please contact our Customer Service so that a return voucher Chronopost is sent to you. Once the right receipt is, you just have to prepare your package and drop it off at the nearest Chronopost point.

Please note that € 4 will be deducted from the refund of returned items.
(Service reserved exclusively for mainland France, Luxembourg and Belgium.)

So that we can accept your return request, the shoes must be returned:

- Not worn. It is recommended to try the shoes on a carpet or carpet to avoid dirtying or scratching them. The bags must be in perfect condition and returned with all the parts that compose them.
- With their original box (important: do not stick anything directly on the shoe box. The boxes of shoes should not be used directly for shipping, they must be packaged)
- Accompanied by the preparation voucher.

Refund information:

For technical reasons we no longer proceed to exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we advise you to return the article in question and recommend the one you want directly.

The refund will be made with the same payment method as that used when ordering:

- Refund on your PayPal account if you had paid with Paypal
- Refund on your bank account if you had paid by card (the operation will put 2 to 3 days to appear on your account)
- Refund by check if you had paid by check

Our team deals with returns within 7 days of receiving the package. Please show a little patience after having returned a package (reimbursement period 7 days maximum)

- The costs and risks of return are the responsibility of the customer
- Port returns due or against reimbursement will be systematically refused
